What warranty comes with wholesale units?

Refurbished track: 1-year warranty plus 30-day DOA coverage. As-is pallet: 30-day warranty, sold as-is. Details are on the returns & warranty page.

Are units tested?

Yes. Every machine is functionally tested and boots before it ships, and drives are wiped with our in-house wipe process to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2.

Can we pick up instead of shipping?

Yes, from the Clearwater shop by appointment, Mon–Sat 8am–6pm.

Can you image them first?

Yes. Send your gold image and setup steps; see Laptop Imaging & MDM Enrollment.

What’s the difference between refurbished units and as-is pallets?

Refurbished units are tested, wiped to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, graded A, B or C, and carry a 1-year warranty plus 30-day DOA coverage. As-is pallets are liquidation lots sold without refurbishment, with a 30-day warranty. Both are quoted per order.

How do businesses pay?

All modern forms of payment are accepted, including cash, card, and ACH. Wholesale orders are paid in full before they ship.

How is pricing worked out?

Every engagement is quoted. Send what you have and what you need, and we’ll itemize it. There’s no rate card to decode.
