Where do you work?

ITAD pickup and on-site service cover the East Coast: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. If your state isn’t on the list, contact us for a quote and we’ll see if we can handle your needs. The shop is in Clearwater, FL, and retail visits are by appointment.

Can you ship equipment instead of trucking it?

Yes. Equipment ships securely with tracking, and insurance when required.

What happens to the drives?

Every drive is wiped with our in-house wipe process to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 at the shop and gets a certificate. Media that can’t be wiped is destroyed in-house.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, the work is fully insured. Coverage figures aren’t published; tell us what’s moving during scoping.

Do you handle office decommissioning for a lease close-out?

Yes. Tell us the move-out date and what has to be gone. We disconnect, label, pack, palletize and transport the IT equipment, log every asset by serial at intake, and retire or redeploy it from there.

How is pricing worked out?

Every engagement is quoted. Send what you have and what you need, and we’ll itemize it. There’s no rate card to decode.

How do businesses pay?

All modern forms of payment are accepted, including cash, card, and ACH. IT decommissioning and pickup take a 50% deposit when booked, with the balance due on completion.
