IT asset lifecycle services.
End-of-life IT, handled. AndersonTech is an IT asset disposition (ITAD) and hardware lifecycle partner: pickup and on-site service along the East Coast, with imaging, laptop retrieval, wholesale and MSP hardware shipped anywhere in the US. We retire, sanitize, refurbish, redeploy, and resell your IT equipment, with NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 data sanitization, a certificate for every drive, and one point of contact who answers the phone.
What we do.
Most clients start with one service and add the rest when they need it. Pick the pieces you need, ITAD only, imaging only, or the full lifecycle, without paying for the rest.
IT Asset Disposition (ITAD)
Full-lifecycle IT asset disposition along the East Coast. We pick up your retired equipment, log every serial, sanitize every drive to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, refurbish and resell what still has value, and demanufacture and recycle the rest in-house. Quote-led: direct buyout, revenue share, or fee-for-service.
- Serialized chain of custody, pickup to certificate
- NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, certificate per drive
- Refurbish and resell what still works
- Demanufacture and recycle the rest in-house

One vendor for the whole IT asset lifecycle: retire, sanitize, refurbish, redeploy, resell.
Most ITAD vendors handle the back end of the lifecycle: pickup, sanitize, recycle. Most refurb shops handle the front: buy, refurbish, sell.
We do both. That means one quote, one point of contact, and a closed loop: the laptop you retire can be refurbished and sold to its next owner, and what can’t be reused is demanufactured and recycled in-house.

Scoping call
We learn what you have, what you need, and what your compliance requirements are.
Written quote
Itemized: services, unit counts, and timeline. No mystery line items.
Execution
We pick up, sanitize, image, ship, or deploy, whatever the quote covers, with one point of contact.
Reporting
A certificate of sanitization for every drive, plus the asset details your project needs.
Certifications and standards: what we follow and what we hold.
We’re a small shop, not a Fortune 500 vendor, so we’re up front about which standards we follow as procedure. The list is the truth, not the marketing.
If your compliance team needs documentation we don’t have, tell us during scoping. We’d rather decline a job than misrepresent a credential.
NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2
In-house wipes with a certificate of sanitization per drive.
R2v3
Procedures followed; demanufactured commodities go to R2v3-certified downstream vendors.
In-house destruction
Media that can’t be wiped is physically destroyed at the shop.
In-house recycling
What can’t be reused is demanufactured and recycled at the shop.
Built for SMB IT teams.
We’re at our best with organizations that can’t afford a data leak but also can’t afford to staff an asset team.

No. IT asset disposition (ITAD) logs every asset by serial, sanitizes every drive with a certificate, and refurbishes and resells what still has value, with buyout or revenue-share options. E-Waste Recycling is the simpler drop-off, pickup or ship-in service for electronics you just want gone responsibly: drives are still wiped or destroyed, and working hardware is still reused first.
Yes. ITAD is offered as a direct buyout, a revenue share where we resell your equipment and share the proceeds, or fee-for-service. Every engagement is quoted.
Every engagement is quoted. Send what you have and what you need, and we’ll itemize it. There’s no rate card to decode.
A certificate of sanitization for every drive. Tell us during scoping what else your auditor needs and we’ll say plainly whether we can provide it.
Yes — we follow R2v3 procedures, and demanufactured commodities go to R2v3-certified downstream vendors.
No. Drives are wiped with our in-house wipe process to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2 at the shop, and media that can’t be wiped is physically destroyed in-house.
All modern forms of payment are accepted, including cash, card, and ACH. Invoices are due on receipt, and service work takes a 50% deposit when booked. ITAD buyouts are paid within 15 days of the audit report, and revenue-share payouts settle monthly.

Send a rough list, even a spreadsheet of models and quantities, and we’ll put a quote together. No hard sell. We’ll tell you if you’re better off shopping a competitor.
